Privacy Policy
Curaite processes the medical reports you upload solely to generate the plain-language summary you request. Uploaded files and generated reports are stored against your account and are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. our hosting and email providers).
We collect: account details (email, display name), uploaded medical report files, the plain-language interpretations we generate from them, and platform usage data needed to operate billing and support (credit ledger, processing history). For Doctors and Labs, we also collect professional registration details (NMC number, lab registration number) submitted at signup.
Retention: account and report data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data is hard-deleted within 30 days.
Your rights: under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data (see Account > Delete my account, or contact us), and request a portable copy of your data. We do not sell personal data.
